We're looking for new team members to join us! Our workplace fosters a bilingual environment where Japanese staff and international teachers support one another while growing their language skills and building the confidence to succeed.

Our small class sizes allow us to give each child the care and attention they need. Childcare providers and foreign English teachers work closely together to create a nurturing, bilingual environment for children aged 1 to 5. Experienced senior staff are always on-site to offer guidance and support.

We’ve created an environment where children are exposed to English every day and naturally learn about the beauty of different cultures outside of Japan. With that said, English ability is required for some, but not all positions. Prior experience is also not required — we welcome new graduates, those reentering the workforce, and anyone with a passion for working with children. Applicants with experience abroad or at international schools are, of course, also encouraged to apply!
