English Educator Dispatch Program
Our Dispatch division began with our company in 2003. Since then, we have grown this ILH learning network to reach nearly 150 facilities (and counting!) with teachers representing over 15 countries!
We partner with local nursery schools here in Japan and send ILH-trained teachers to conduct short classes in English on a regular basis. Our teachers come from all over the world, so Japanese students can learn about different cultures, customs, and places while learning the English language at the same time!
Teachers who are not selected to take part in our ILH-managed Dispatch program are introduced to other partner schools throughout the Tokyo and Kanagawa areas, and are employed at those locations by our partners. Through our Placement Program, talented teachers are able to do what they love here in Japan!

Our Program and Services
Baby Classes - Ages 0-2
Through simple, engaging lessons, we introduce the basics of English and spark early curiosity. Our trained ILH teachers use friendly songs and easy games to connect with babies and toddlers, delivering age-appropriate classes designed by our ILH program team.
Preschool Classes - Ages 3-5
Our classes for ages 3–5 are energetic and full of movement, using fun activities, catchy English songs, and simple vocabulary to make learning feel like play. Children also get to explore world cultures through dances created just for their age and ability. With monthly ILH songs, original games, and engaging English content, our teachers keep little learners excited and involved from beginning to end.
Afterschool Classes - Ages 6+
Through interactive games and hands-on activities in our after-school program, students learn English while exploring world cultures and discovering how life in Japan compares with countries around the globe. It’s a friendly, engaging way for children to build their language skills and develop a broader, more global perspective—all while having fun.
Childcare
In addition to ILH teacher-led-lessons, our dispatch program also provides child-care assistance for education institutions that are interested in having foreigners share English with their students in a more relaxed setting.
Original Song and Dance Content
A key component of our original ILH dispatch program are the songs and dances we provide in classes. Our in-house musician creates new songs monthly that our dispatch teachers share in classes in fun and engaging ways.
