About Us
Located in the Sakuramoto neighborhood in Kawasaki City, ILH Kawasaki Afterschool is an afterschool program for Elementary school students from 1st to 6th grade.
Our goal at ILH Kawasaki Afterschool is not just about “learning English.” It’s an after-school program that values learning, moving, and creating in English.
Through natural conversation with native English-speaking teachers and support from bilingual Japanese staff, we provide a safe and fun environment where children can grow confidently.

Extracurricular Activities
Basic Programming in Scratch Junior
In our Scratch Jr. Programming class, students get the opportunity to create their own games and learn basic programming skills.
Music with Walter!
Students interested in Music class can join in on personal music lessons with our in-house musician: Walter! Piano, xylophone, guitar, take your pick! We have many instruments and music lessons to choose from!
Gym Time!
Mixed in with our English time and free play, we have designated Gym time where student are led in active games and activities to strengthen their bodies and keep them active!
